good surprise
modern room comfortable bed efficient air conditioner
the room was very clean and modern. the bed was indeed comfortable. the air conditioner worked efficiently, a HUGE plus . the shower pressure was excellent.
the receptionist was unable to confirm hot water availability in the room upon arrival. this lack of immediate information created a small inconvenience. i needed that assurance right away.

i found the breakfast very satisfying. it was well prepared and the staff was excellent. the restaurant downstairs has many delicious meals and has great service every time.

the location is great. it is a short walk to the beach and near the main area. there are plenty of eateries nearby which provide lots of options. the premises were well maintained.

polite staff helpful person nice restaurant noisy room early closing front desk
The staff were courteous. They were professional. Every person I spoke with was helpful. The area is fabulous. It is walkable and near nice restaurants.
I asked for a quiet room. I received a noisy room instead. It was downstairs near the reception. I heard people talking all night, so I did not sleep well. The pool closes early. I could not swim in the evening.

The staff was very nice. They interacted with me, and they answered any questions I had. The rooftop pool was FANTASTIC!!! It was clean, quiet, and close to the beach. I appreciated that the location was super convenient.
The receptionist couldn't say if there's hot water in the room.

good location helpful staff
the location is very good. the staff were helpful (i especially appreciated their quick responses). the room was cleaned daily.
I could hear everything from the hallway. It was very loud. also, it was hard to contact the hotel by phone or email before my arrival.

the rooftop pool is a nice feature. sunbeds were big and comfortable (i found them relaxing). the pool area was mostly quiet.

delicious pancakes convenient location friendly staff
The breakfast was AMAZING, especially the pancakes! The hotel's location is SUPER convenient. I appreciated that the staff were always friendly and ready to help. The cleaning staff deserve special mention as they kept everything super clean.
The room I got felt a little DARK because it really needed a lamp. It made it hard to wind down in the evening. Brighter lighting would totally improve the ambiance.
